    Reflex Winkelmann – Landingpage Animations

    In just 2 months we delivered a fully responsive and animated onepager as a team consisting of only 3 people. While my 2 colleagues designed and developed the webpage I created all the animations in tandem. To be able to animate and implement all animations on the website we used a combination of Adobe After Effects, Bodymovin and Lottie files.

    In Adobe After Effects I animated all the illustrations, numbers, arrows and the burger menu. Using the Bodymovin Plugin we exported the animations into a .json file format. With the help of the lottie files webplayer our developer could quickly integrate the animations onto the webpage and easily edit how the animations behaved.

  • In consultation with the client we decided which animations should automatically play when in view, which should animate while scrolling and which should animate when clicked.
